• On a PC, use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move all the tiles in the direction you want. Swipe horizontally or vertically on mobile devices for the same effect. When two tiles with the same number meet, their numerical values combine to form the next higher tile.
• For example, if you match two tiles with the number 4, they will combine to form a tile with the number 8 and you will receive the corresponding score.
• Each time you move the tiles, a new tile will appear in a random empty space. So plan your moves carefully, because when the whole board is full, the game is over.
• The aim of the free online game Power of 2 is to collect as many points as possible and create a tile with the number 2048. Starting with a tile of 2, ten combinations are required to achieve the numbers 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024 and finally 2048.
